Affinity Ligand Discovery and Screening

Affinity Matrix Development
Top-performing ligands are scaled up using a commercial-grade manufacturing set-up and attached to different matrices, optimised for coupling and ligand density.
Protocols and operating conditions are created and shared with customers to ensure smooth implementation.
Each matrix is rigorously evaluated for:
- Dynamic binding capacity
- Elution conditions
- Cleaning-in-place stability
- Host cell protein reduction
- Ligand leaching

Prototype Matrix Material & Delivery
Once specifications for a lead ligand are met, prototype matrix material is produced and delivered, along with protocols for performance testing. After verification, customers nominate the affinity matrix to be transferred for scale-up and validation for commercial supply. Navigo Pure provides full support throughout this process to ensure the prototype matrix has the best performance.

Commercial Matrix Supply
After the lead matrix candidate is selected, Navigo Pure coordinates the production process with our manufacturing team. Reproducibility is confirmed by producing and testing independent matrix batches and documenting them in our ISO-9001-certified quality system. We tailor manufacturing to the needs of our customers, ensuring secure, consistent matrices from small clinical programs to large commercial supply.
